COVID-19 FAQs

Here are some frequently asked questions about our processes in light of the COVID-19 situation. If you have any other questions after reading through these, feel free to shoot us a message! 

Do you still deliver during the lockdown?
Yes! 
Metro Manila: Shipping usually takes 1-4 business days. Shipping fee is Php 130.
Provincial: We deliver our dry goods via LBC. Due to the ECQ, LBC can usually deliver to your closest LBC branch which you can find here: https://www.lbcexpress.com/beatcovid19. You can use that branch address as your delivery address. They also can try to deliver to your door but according to the feedback we've gotten, more often than not- the order is redirected to the nearest LBC branch. 
Can I pick up my order?
Within Metro Manila we accept orders for PICK UP via Grab/Lalamove/etc.
Simply place an order at thesuperfoodgrocer.com. Payments can be made via online bank transfer (BPI/BDO), Paypal, or credit card. 

Orders are available for the pick up upon payment confirmation. Regular pick up times are Mondays to Fridays (9am - 4pm) and Saturdays (9am - 3pm), except 12nn - 1pm.

Pick ups are from 56A 12th St., New Manila, Quezon City (Grey gate). It's 'The Superfood Grocer' on Maps. You may pick up your order personally or through a Grab/Lalamove/Happy Move/Angkas/Mr. Speedy/etc. 

For third party couriers, please INCLUDE YOUR NAME AND ORDER NUMBER in the notes of the pick up for a quicker transaction. Contact name to be entered is 'The Superfood Grocer' and contact number is +63917 874 7708.

Outside of Metro Manila, we deliver via LBC. We charge Php 200 for the shipping fee and shipping time is around 5-15 days.


What are your products and how much?

How do I place an order?

Simply place an order at thesuperfoodgrocer.com. Payments can be made via online bank transfer (BPI/BDO), Paypal, or credit card.

Where are your branches/physical stores/resellers?

Our order pick up hub is 56A 12th St., New Manila, Quezon City (Grey gate). It's 'The Superfood Grocer' on Maps. 

We are available in numerous supermarkets across the country but we cannot assure the quantity of their stocks. We recommend calling ahead and inquiring at the specific branch. 

Do you deliver outside of Metro Manila? 

 

Yes! We deliver our DRY GOODS via LBC for Php 200. Due to the quarantine, LBC can usually deliver to your closest LBC branch which you can find here: https://www.lbcexpress.com/beatcovid19. You can use that branch address as your delivery address :)

They also can try to deliver to your door but according to the feedback we've gotten, more often than not- the order is redirected to the nearest LBC branch.

Shipping fee is Php 200 and takes around 5-15 business days depending on location.

What are your store hours? 

We're open Mondays-Fridays (9am-4pm) and Saturdays (9am-3pm), except 12nn-12pm, for order pick ups. Unfortunately, we don't accept walk-ins at this time. 

What are your methods of payment? Do you have COD?

Payments can be made via online bank transfer (BPI/BDO), Paypal, or credit card.
